Choose the right level of care.
Dull or worn vinyl composition tile does not always need the same treatment. The existing finish, embedded soil and traffic patterns help determine whether a deep scrub and recoat is suitable or a full strip and refinish is appropriate.
Aqua assesses the surface and discusses the result you want before defining the project. “Waxing” is a familiar term, but the actual floor-finish system and application should be selected for the material and service conditions.

Aqua’s floor program emphasizes clean edges, corners and baseboards in addition to the main floor. Removing residue and preparing the surface properly are part of achieving an even finished appearance.
The proposal should state the agreed preparation, finish application and any furniture or access arrangements. The number of coats is specified for the selected finish and project rather than treated as a universal promise.
