The owner’s walkthrough helps establish the floor condition, the work to quote and the access window. The written scope sets out the agreed floor service and supply responsibilities. Aqua’s owner oversees the start and checks work on site. If an edge, corner or another detail needs attention, raise it directly with the owner.

Regular floor cleaning helps remove the dirt and grime that can damage flooring if left unchecked. Looking after the surface and its finish helps maintain the appearance of your workplace and can reduce the need for costly restorative work later.

Aqua provides commercial floor cleaning in Hoffman Estates, Schaumburg and throughout Chicago’s Northwest and Western Suburbs. We look at the material, the condition and how the area is used before recommending the work.

We take pride in floor cleaning that includes stripping and refinishing, deep scrubbing and recoating, buffing and burnishing. We hand-clean all the edges and corners and wipe down baseboards, so the details receive attention along with the main floor.

A clean center with dirty edges does not make a finished job. The perimeter, doorways and transitions between rooms are part of the overall impression. We want the completed space to look cared for when you stand back and see the whole room.

The right treatment for the surface.

Our floor-care experience covers resilient flooring such as vinyl and VCT, linoleum and rubber, as well as non-resilient surfaces such as stone and ceramic tile. Wood, engineered floors and concrete require their own assessment and care.

A worn finish may need a full strip and refinish; another floor may benefit from a deep scrub and recoat. We do not treat those as interchangeable jobs. The finish system, preparation and drying time must suit the surface.

For VCT stripping and waxing, we discuss the existing finish, the desired appearance and the maintenance that will follow. Tile and grout cleaning addresses embedded buildup that ordinary mopping may leave behind.

Plan the work around your building.

Entrances, corridors and busy common areas need careful scheduling. Let us know when the space is occupied, which areas must remain accessible and what furniture or equipment is present. We will discuss preparation, return-to-use timing and the ongoing care of the floor.
