Founded in 2001, Aqua Commercial Cleaning Co. is a specialized, multipurpose commercial cleaning company in the Greater Chicago area. Our owner takes a personal, hands-on approach with our clients and their needs.

We believe in building a strong personal relationship with all of our clients. Our philosophy is that a successful business relationship is a lot like a marriage. When we team up with you to take care of your cleaning needs, we have everything but the preacher to perform the ceremony! Our goal is to form a great partnership together. After all, if you don’t succeed, we don’t succeed!

There is no franchising or outsourcing of work; jobs are performed by Aqua Commercial Cleaning personnel. You will also find our professionals approachable and friendly to work with.

Because ownership is regularly out in the field, and not sitting behind a desk somewhere, you can expect consistent owner involvement with your needs and with the quality of your service. There is no commissioned salesperson who wins your account and then disappears.

Attention to detail is a commitment throughout our company, from the owner down. We take pride in providing quality service at competitive rates, with direct communication when you have a question, a special request or a concern.

Aqua’s owner is a registered nurse who brings an understanding of healthcare environments to the everyday details of running a commercial cleaning company. She provides bloodborne-pathogen training to Aqua’s staff and stays personally involved in the work. It is a practical connection between nursing knowledge, staff preparation and direct accountability.

Our work takes us into offices, medical facilities, commercial properties, showrooms and fitness centers. Some spaces need dependable recurring janitorial care; others need a floor restored, a building prepared after construction or a thorough clean before a commercial move.

Healthcare is an important part of our experience. Our personnel receive hands-on training for medical environments, and we work with each facility’s requirements and procedures. That specialty sits alongside the broader commercial work that has always been part of Aqua.
