Surgery center
& terminal cleaning.

Surgery center and terminal cleaning begins with the facility’s requirements, a clear division of responsibilities and a detailed discussion of the rooms involved.

Agree the work before the clinical day ends.

Aqua’s owner reviews the facility with you before preparing the written scope. Your facility’s required procedures, rooms, supplies and access arrangements guide the proposal. The schedule is agreed before service begins, and the owner oversees the start and checks work on site. If your requirements or access window change, contact the owner directly so the service can be reviewed with your team.

Start with the clinical team.

Aqua’s healthcare work includes surgical environments. Before a proposal, we discuss the facility’s required cleaning procedures, the rooms to be serviced and the available time after clinical activity. Terminal cleaning and routine administrative-area cleaning should be identified separately.

A site visit helps clarify surfaces, access, equipment exteriors and the tasks retained by the facility. The service description should be specific enough that both sides understand what is included.

Agree on sequence and access.

A clinical facility may have controlled areas, security procedures, changing schedules and surfaces with particular care instructions. These details need to be part of the service plan before work begins.

Disinfectant selection and use should follow the relevant product directions and the facility’s requirements. Equipment, instruments, sharps and regulated materials are not assumed to fall within a general commercial cleaning scope.

Accountability after the proposal.

Aqua’s owner is a registered nurse and provides bloodborne-pathogen training to the cleaning team. Aqua has also helped surgical facilities prepare for Joint Commission surveys. That experience brings a practical understanding of the attention and coordination these environments require, while the facility’s clinical team directs its policies and procedures.

Direct owner contact matters when a schedule changes or the facility wants a task reviewed. Aqua’s independent structure keeps the discussion connected to the people responsible for the work.

Our role is to deliver the agreed cleaning service. Facility accreditation and clinical compliance are not certifications that a cleaning-company website can promise. We focus on defined responsibilities, communication and the work itself.
