During the owner’s walkthrough, we identify the spaces included in the service and the facility-specific cleaning requirements. The written scope, access arrangements, supplies and schedule are agreed before the start. Cleaning products are used according to their instructions and the procedures agreed with your facility. The owner oversees the start, checks work on site and handles concerns directly.

More than a room that looks clean.

A welcoming waiting room matters. So do the treatment areas, staff spaces and restrooms behind it. In a healthcare facility, cleaning calls for an understanding of the environment and attention to the details that visitors may never see.

Healthcare has long been one of Aqua’s strongest specialties. Our experience includes surgical centers, medical offices, laboratories, dental and optometry practices and other outpatient facilities. We bring that experience to the work without losing the direct, personal service that defines Aqua.

Hands-on training. Hands-on ownership.

Aqua is owned and operated by a registered nurse. Her nursing background informs her understanding of infection prevention and the importance of following facility procedures. She provides bloodborne-pathogen training to Aqua staff, connecting that knowledge with the responsibilities of working in healthcare environments.

Aqua’s healthcare approach includes one-on-one, hands-on training. Our personnel are trained to work around bloodborne pathogens and to understand the added care required in medical environments. The cleaning plan and your facility’s procedures are part of that training—not simply a list handed over on the first day.

Ownership remains involved in the field and in the quality of your service. Questions, special requests and concerns have a direct route to the people responsible for the work. There is no franchise office or commissioned salesperson between you and Aqua.

The right attention in the right places.

Every facility has its own mix of rooms, surfaces and schedules. We discuss waiting areas, offices, corridors, restrooms, clinical spaces and the high-touch surfaces included in your service. Routine cleaning, disinfection and periodic detail work need to be clearly understood from the beginning.

Aqua does not clean or disinfect specialized medical, diagnostic or imaging equipment. Our work focuses on the facility and the environmental surfaces included in the agreed cleaning scope. Responsibilities for medical equipment, clinical instruments, sharps and regulated medical waste remain with the facility or its designated personnel. Sharps and regulated medical waste are not part of Aqua’s ordinary cleaning scope.

Floors deserve that same attention. We can coordinate commercial floor care with the daily program, including periodic scrubbing, recoating or refinishing where suitable. Planning the work around access and drying time helps your facility prepare for the project.

Ready for a closer look.

Aqua has helped surgical facilities prepare for Joint Commission surveys. We understand why a detailed inspection can be stressful, and why consistent attention between surveys matters just as much as preparation for the visit. Our contribution is the cleaning work: attention to the facility, coordination with its team and follow-through on the agreed scope.

We coordinate the cleaning responsibilities with your facility’s standards, policies and procedures. Aqua does not issue or guarantee accreditation; our role is to carry out the agreed cleaning work and follow up when something needs attention.

A surgery center needs more than a general office-cleaning checklist. We discuss the spaces involved, the end-of-day or terminal-cleaning responsibilities, access arrangements and the procedures established by your clinical team.
