Aqua’s owner walks through your facility, prepares a written scope and agrees the service schedule with you. Access arrangements and responsibility for supplies are settled before the work starts. The owner oversees the start of service, so the person who heard your priorities remains involved when the cleaning begins.

The owner checks work on site and handles client concerns directly. Tell Aqua which area needs attention or what has changed in your facility. We review the concern with you and address the work within the agreed service, discussing any change in scope or scheduling directly.

An office-cleaning program needs to cover more than the open floor. Reception areas, meeting rooms, staff kitchens, restrooms and workspaces each need attention. We discuss the rooms, the traffic and the cleaning frequency with you, then put the work into a clear proposal.

Our office service includes trash removal and dusting; restroom, locker-room and kitchen cleaning; surface cleaning and disinfection; and floor maintenance. We can include spot-cleaning walls, light switches, door handles and phones, along with the agreed horizontal surfaces.

Light fixtures and vents, window glass, baseboards and the corners behind the furniture are easy places for dust to collect. Periodic detail work gives those areas the attention they need rather than leaving them out of the picture.

The floors are part of the welcome.

Sweeping and mopping are the everyday work. Scrubbing and recoating, stripping and refinishing, tile and grout care, and periodic carpet cleaning look after the surfaces over time. We can coordinate those services with the recurring office program.

A program that works around your office.

We use cleaning practices appropriate to the space, including microfiber cloths, clean mop heads and dust mops. We discuss products, access, security and any areas that must not be disturbed before work begins.

Can liners, paper products, soap and dispensers also need a clear arrangement. Tell us which supplies your business provides and where you would like help coordinating the rest.
