From the first walkthrough to the first clean.
Aqua’s owner walks through your facility, prepares a written scope and agrees the service schedule with you. Access arrangements and responsibility for supplies are settled before the work starts. The owner oversees the start of service, so the person who heard your priorities remains involved when the cleaning begins.
A direct answer when something needs attention.
The owner checks work on site and handles client concerns directly. Tell Aqua which area needs attention or what has changed in your facility. We review the concern with you and address the work within the agreed service, discussing any change in scope or scheduling directly.
A scope built around the building.
A small professional suite and a busy multi-room facility may both need dependable cleaning, but their priorities are different. Occupancy, traffic, access, surface materials and the opening schedule all shape the right scope.
We discuss the areas to be cleaned, the frequency and the periodic work that should be planned separately. The goal is to make expectations clear from the beginning, with direct owner contact when something needs attention.
Daily care and periodic detail.
Recurring janitorial work typically focuses on the rooms and surfaces used throughout the day: reception areas, offices, restrooms, break rooms and circulation routes. Floors, waste removal and agreed high-touch surfaces are part of that conversation.
Periodic projects can include deeper detail cleaning, VCT stripping and refinishing, tile and grout care or preparation after construction. These tasks need their own timing and scope so they do not get lost inside a general cleaning description.
Healthcare is a specialty.
